Gujarat State Craftsmen Training Scheme Employees Association (Class-III) is a recognized employees' association established in 1972 to represent and safeguard the interests of Class-III employees serving under the Craftsmen Training Scheme across Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and related offices in Gujarat. The Association has been functioning in accordance with its Constitution and Rules with the objective of strengthening employee welfare and promoting excellence in industrial training. 

The Union is committed to protecting the legitimate rights of its members, improving service conditions, addressing grievances through constructive dialogue, and extending welfare support whenever required. It also encourages professional development by promoting technical knowledge through seminars, workshops, training programmes and other educational activities. 
With members from Government ITIs across Gujarat, the Association works as a unified platform to maintain transparency, accountability and cooperation among employees while contributing positively to the development of the state's vocational training system.
